House Rules

1. General

We ask all guests to behave in a way that ensures all residents feel comfortable and the accommodation is treated with care.

2. Quiet Hours

Night-time quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

During this time, noise should be avoided (music, conversations, etc.)

3. Use of the Accommodation

• The apartment may only be used by the booked number of persons
• Parties and events are not permitted
• Commercial use is prohibited

4. Smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire accommodation.

In the event of a breach, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of up to 400 €, if special cleaning is required.

5. Visitors

• Visitors are only permitted to a reasonable extent
• Overnight guests must be registered

6. Cleanliness

• The accommodation must be left tidy
• Dishes must be left clean
• Rubbish must be disposed of in the designated containers

7. Damage

• Damage and defects must be reported immediately
• The guest is liable for all damage caused by them or their fellow travellers

8. Keys / Access

• Keys / access credentials must be handled with care
• Loss must be reported immediately
• Costs for replacement may be charged

9. Wi-Fi

• Wi-Fi is available, but without guarantee of speed or availability
• Use is at your own risk

10. Check-out

• Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
• Please leave the apartment swept clean

11. Breaches

In the event of significant breaches of the house rules, we reserve the right to:

• terminate the stay without notice
• charge additional costs
• claim compensation for damages
